View new recording entries

I'ld like to export one Excel-file of all the new persons that have registered and watched one of my recordings. For example, I have 5 different recordings available. I want to export an Excel-file which shows me all the new registrations for each recording after a specific date (f.e. within the last week / from 20 July).

Now I have to manually download all recording reports and look if there are any new registrations.

Is there a possibility to do this?

Re: View new recording entries

Hi there,

It is possible to gather multiple webinars into a single document.  Have you considered building a customized report for this purpose?  https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/generate-a-report-g2w090107

Re: View new recording entries

I'm aware of the 'Build report' function, but only a couple of the available report-types sare allow me to select multiple webinars to export. In my case, I wan't to build a Registration- or a Recording-report, but that allows me to only export one webinar at a time. That means I still have to export all recording reports of all webinars to see if somebody new registered for the recording.

The Admin Reports also offer a multi-webinar reporting option for both recordings and live broadcasts: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/create-a-report-g2w500018

Re: View new recording entries

So this is only possible to the admin of the plan instead of everybody who has a seperate GoToWebinar account as a part of that plan? Not an ideal situation..
