GoToWebinar Classic customers are able to use ChromaCam Pro for virtual backgrounds. GoToWebinar customers who opt-in to use the new GoTo App experience currently in Beta can use the native virtual backgrounds feature.

Thank you for your response, while chromacam is suitable for myself and our team, asking our clients to buy a license for an application to use a efature that is built in everywhere else is the difficult part. We don't want to switch away from the GTW platform but every day more and more clients ask for this feature and beta testing software is not going to work in a professional environment for us. Is there a timeline for a final version of the upcoming GTW app changes? it's been in beta for a while now. Thanks.
