Webinar Confirmation E-mails arriving 8 hours later, delayed

Good morning all,

We have regular webinars and registration works and registration e-mails are sent.

HOWEVER...

The notifications from GTW arrive about 8 hours after the registration takes place.

Is there way to cut down that HOURS delay time. I can work with just a few minutes!

Ideas welcome,

 ~ Ozzy

Re: Webinar Confirmation E-mails arriving 8 hours later, delayed

Hi @Ozzy-Osborne

Confirmation emails should arrive within a few minutes after completely filling out the required answers and entering a valid email address.  If this is not occurring, can you tell us what type of webinar event you scheduled, and what happens when you register yourself for it?

Morning!

This is a Live Webinar with standard interaction selected.

The webinar is put out on the web first to register, then wait the 8 hours for the e-mail from GTW.

@Ozzy-Osborne   We're not seeing any delays of that nature.

Can you try using a different email provider to see if there's any difference in the time to receive confirmations?

Good morning!

This was tested with Hotmail and Gmail. Both of which were many hours late.  😞

OK, thanks for testing.

I'll DM you for some upcoming registration link examples so we can look closer at the situation.
