We used GoToWebinar on Wednesday and Thursday for two big meetings of 60 clients which we usually go face to face. I have just recieved notice that an attendees coudn't see the webcam of the organiser/presenter when they were sharn their webcam, although they could see the shared screen. She was using a laptop with not internet dificulties. Could you please explain what happened and how to void this in the future?
