We often schedule webinars weeks in advance. When someone calls in early they get the message "The webinar will begin shortly. Please remain on the line". Is there a way to record our own outgoing message so if someone calls in a week early, instead of saying that the webinar will begin "shortly" we can say when the webinar will actually begin?
Customer audio messages is not something we currently support, so I am going to change this to an Idea for consideration. If your attendee has also launched the GoToWebinar software, they will see the Waiting for Organizer message that also displays the scheduled date and start time for the webinar.
