@webinarfbk  I'm sorry we do not currently offer email support.  We do however, have phone support in many countries around the world should you need direct assistance. 

 

For most customers, they can manage their billing preference (change credit cards), add new licenses, or change their subscription preferences online.  If you are the billing admin of the account, have you checked to see if you can update yourself?
