Activar suscripción

Aye compramos una suscripción estándar pero aparece disponible en la página de administración, ¿hay que esperar un tiempo?, ¿hay que solicitar que la habiliten?. Si alguien sabe de esto se agradecerá mucho su ayuda.

Buenos días, en los datos adjuntos pueden ver que compramos la suscripción el 21-07-2023 y han pasado varios días y aún no aparece disponible en la cuenta que está a nombre de (removed for privacy GlennD),  ¿que hacemos?
