Can't renew Hamachi subscription

Hi, I can't renew my Hamachi subscription. I go to  my netwok list, click on the green button "buy Hamachi subscription", and it takes me to the same page, https://secure.logmein.com/Central/Central....

rafa_flores I have submitted a support ticket for you and asked that you be sent an eQuote link to help you renew.

Hi Glenn, thanks for your reply. AFAIK I have not received any equote link to be able to renew my subscription.

    Hi rafa_flores,

     

    I see that support sent you an email on January 13th, it may have gone into your SPAM folder. I will ask them to send it again, please make sure that email from @goto.com is allowed in any spam filters you have.

      Hi, For some reason, I am not receiving the emails sent to me, and I still have not been able to renew my subscription. Would it be possible to be sent that email to my email address ma.saavedra@gmail.com instead?
