The difficulty is you have not provided enough information. You need to explain what "GoTo account" you are talking about. GoTo is the name of this company, not a specific service. Your Hamachi and Pro accounts were processed as requested, but we have not found any other accounts so far.
You say the account is still there, where exactly are you seeing it?

Wouldn't this result in only the GoTo Community account being deleted?
