server connection

we switched router and now its failed to connect to server, this is windows server 2016, before it work now it does not, i am not IT guy but i am looking for solution. for the new router, i tried to ...

i have checked that with the new router MODEL SERCOMM IP3442M-L/US i cannot connect to server Hamachi, with old router everything good, what could be the issue and how can i fix it?

        yes, we used the hamachi diagnostic tool and you can see the resulta in the following picture. whe we go to "detalles" details, the information inside says this
        "No se puede resolver el nombre del servidor (Cannot resolve server name), tipo (type): [Error del SO (OS error)], código de devolución (return code): [0]"

        I beleive its the router, we change to a new one and this happened
