I am the admin in my company and i had a user who tried to reset their password for lastpass receive the error in the screenshot attached.
the issue persists on all devices and multiple browsers. We tried to reset account and login through OTP but still ran into the same issue. We tried a generated password that meets our criteria and still nothing. Please help!
