Enterprise and Personal

If a user is currently using LastPass (free or otherwise) on their mobile phone/device, how do you handle allowing them to log into their enterprise vault separately from their personal vault? Is there a separate app for enterprise? Since there would be two different emails, would you just have different logins? or different vaults?

I'd like to add to this question:
If a personal user joins an enterprise team and has access to the shared password from the enterprise/teams. What happens if this same user leaves the enterprise/team. What happens to password the user had access to ? Would the user be able to save them offline, in his private account or elsewhere? What about the other way around: Can enterprise/team admins somehow access the users personal passwords ?
