Today, I have had two user's try to login but LastPass said their passwords were incorrect. They were both locked out after multiple attempts. I reset their master passwords. After inputting the new passwords they both received password mismatch error message and are not able to log in. I reset them a second time. One person is now in but the other is not. If anyone knows of a viable option other than 'account recovery' it would be appreciated. We need support today as we are in the financial industry and cannot wait days or weeks for a response from support. Perhaps time for a new solution. Thanks!
As you have a business account you can call our support by opening your LastPass Admin Console > Support. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket and support will call you back, which might be quicker.
