I have had a enterprise LastPass account for a while and recently got extension for using it as well. I am very sure of my usage of master password to sign in but kept failing for multifactor authentication failed.
On trying to account recovery, I got a email from lastpass to click the link and reset password. When I try to click the link and go for recovery I still get the same message multifactor authentication failed.
Please guide on next steps. There were some really important things I stored in here and now I am so worried. ALso not sure how do I reach customer support without being able to log in.

I have exactly the same issue.
Just changed iphones and can't get LastPass Ent onto the new phone as non of the MFA features are working and my Face ID recovery isn't working either. Please help!
