Last Pass incorrectly filling password as both login and pas

I am having an issue logging into my ADP 401k account. Last pass incorrectly generates the login and password. It uses the password for both forms. I have tried several different methods of saving the url, login, password with no solution.

It's likely because the field they're using for the user ID has a password attribute. Are you able to manually capture the correct field information using Save All Entered Data?
