Same here!! Hope to find some help with this 'challange'
We have a couple of people which email adres has been changed.
Removed them from LastPass and from the SSO group, after a day added again to the SSO group but even after 4 days still no sign of the accounts in LastPass.
We're using LastPass enterprise with Azure AD.

Maybe because I did it the way around? First deleted them from LP, then within 10 minutes from the AD group. waited the group to update 1 cycle and added the users in the AD group again. That was last week, still no sign of the users. Meanwhile real new users, not the update ones, where added succesfully.
I've requested help from the support desk. Hopefully hearing from them soon.

Thx for replying. I've been in contact with Eslin from LP in case 15261670 . They've send me a article how to change a domain.... 😞 so I geuss I was not clear enough and replyed on thursday. still waiting for a answer

After lots of emails and online meetings with a nice guy in USA..... Still no solution 😞
thinking about leaving LastPass for what it is and move to another tool with better support and solutions
