A new user is not receiving our invitation to join emails. I suspect email bounces (@hotmail.com). Is it possible to add him in Admin Console, or provide him the activation link via chat or another method? Thanks.

I have seen other Hotmail.com users have trouble receiving our emails until they added our addresses to Hotmail's Safe Senders list feature. Please ask your user to add these email addresses to their list:
