- I can send an invite to a new user but when she clicks on the email to accept the invite it does not offer an opportunity to create a master password for the account. It only asks to log onto her account which does not have a master password yet. Since she has never created a master password I don't have an option to reset it.
What can be done so the new user has an opportunity to create a master password?
