There is a folder visible within the admin panel which I am unable to add users to. When I click "assign users", it takes me to my vault, but there is no folder with the same name present.
This folder also appears to have no administrator, as all of the users appear to be read only. As super admin I am unable to take any actions on this folder except see that it exists in admin panel only.
What I'm trying to accomplish is be able to make one of the users an administrator of this folder so that it can be shared with their team. Is there someway to rectify the situation without forcing them to reset all of their passwords for all of the accounts and create a new shared folder?
Other admin and superadmin appear to have the same restriction. Thank you.
