Unable to specify custom attribute for Custom SAML Service

Hi,

I'm able to create a new SAML custom service, although my name for it doesn't appear (only the Custom Service) and I'm able to enable the service, but I can't specify any custom attributes. They get removed after I save and refresh my browser.
