Will Enterprise mess up my personal account?

I've been a Lastpass Personal user for years and am considering recommending it as the company solution where I work. My concern is will this screw up my existing Lastpass installation. Can these (Personal and Enterprise) coexist without issue or am I inviting trouble? From reading the forums, this appears to be an, as of yet, unresolved issue.

Best practice is to have a separate LastPass account for work that is attached to the enterprise, and simply link the personal account to it.
