I would like to use Workstation MFA to protect internal RDP access to servers by our network administrators. I configured it on one server as a test and it works when I sign on with my admin account. However, I need to be able to exclude certain accounts, such as the domain account used by our MSP.
Support tells me their developers are working on a way to do this with no estimate when it will be available. I can't believe I am the first to encounter this problem. Anyone have a workaround?
Hi @ChoganNSA
Thanks for reaching out.
I will check on the status of this request to see if there are any updates.
Please.
I have been going back and forth with support for a month now and they just keep sending me non-relevant knowledgebase articles, asking me to try it with another browser, and send logs from Google Chrome. Nothing having anything to do with using Workstation MFA for an RDP session to a server.
We are also waiting for similar functionality with no TBD.
