So the Lastpass Enterprise product is not free nor even cheap. But there is no support? People store their most valuable information in the vault and then is something goes wrong we have to post in a forum and hope for someone answering? Am I missing something? This is really bad.

Thanks for your response. No that's not it, the cards are gone. I added one card and it shows, but it shows different, the crads before had tabs for address and so on. They should still show under "all items" or just be available as a form fill. They just all vanished. 😞 I am just totally shocked that the paid product has no support. I can retype a credit card, but what if all my items disapear? But thanks for your help.
Enterprise customers have direct phone support as part of their subscription. That phone number is in the support area (upper right) of the admin console.. In addition, you can click "Contact Support" at the bottom of the support article I posted above to open a ticket.
thank you very much, I found it and issue was resolved fairly quick. That phone support option is very well hidden. The missing items came back after an update vault, but that option is only available through web login, not from local vault. Cards came back and now have no address data, for that you ow have to remember the card name you are in and switch to the address section.... really??? If I could avoid further updates, would be the best.
