My employer has an enterprise account. According to the help desk, I have been sent an invitation to join the Enterprise account. However, I have NOT received any such email.
On Apr 21 I did receive a reminder email from email@example.com (super helpful, not) reminding me to activate my enterprise invitation. There was NO LINK in the email and no instructions on how to do so. I have viewed the Support pages and did not see any relevant page to help me. I logged into my account via a web browser and poked around in there to see if there was an "activate enterprise invitation" button, but found nothing.
So how do I finalize my enterprise invitation if I can't seem to receive the invitation email?
