If your account becomes compromised, it seems pointless to re-require the master password (or bio-metric authentication in the case of mobile devices) to gain access to the credentials that you'd like to be more secure when the malicious individual would already have the ability to breach the main line of defense.
I suggest adding the option to specify what type of authentication you'd like to require when attempting to access log-ins you want more secure. Options such as a separate pin, the master password, bio-metrics, one time password, a separate authentication app, or even a physical security key. Also, the ability to specify what authentication option you'd like to require on a log-in to log-in basis would make each account even more secure.
