Disable Quick Reminder to change master password every signing up.

Hi,

Every single time I login LastPass using my master password an annoying message appears with the below dialog:

===================================================
LastPass Icon
A QUICK REMINDER
We detected that your LastPass master password hasn't been changed in a long time.
To keep your account safe, we recommend changing it.
[LATER] [CHANGE NOW]
===================================================

My LassPass Master Password is very long and safe and  I do not wish to change my password.

At least you should give users the option to disable this reminder always than user is aware of risk that implies.

Please, take a look on this cause it is quite annoying being closing this pop-up every time you log in.

Thanks

Perhaps allow this notification to be disabled only if the user activates MFA/2FA?

Hooray for the slow creep of acceptance

@GlennD: when do you think this update will be released to LastPass? Will it also disable the Security Score flag for old passwords? It should if that has not already been pointed out. Thanks.

Hello,

While we do not have any updates or an ETA for this option just yet, as a workaround in the meantime you can get this reminder to stop showing by changing if you set your PBKDF2 password iterations to a different value in your LastPass settings, that will force a vault re-encryption so you no longer see that reminder.

To access this setting, open your Vault and click Account Settings on the left side menu, click "Show Advanced Settings" then scroll down to the Security section and change the Password Iterations field (the default is 100100, but even changing it to 100101 will force the re-encryption to stop this reminder from showing.)
