My name is Michael, I’m on the wrong side of 70 and I’m very frustrated with a problem I don’t seem to be able to solve. My master password works on my iPad & Laptop but not my iPhone. Why is it so? I’ve tried everything I can think of including carefully copying the master password onto the iPhone but I still get the same message, ‘Invalid email or master password’
can anyone offer any advice? I’d much appreciate it.
