I can't access my vault or authenticator on my apple watch, tried uninstall reinstall the usual but all I get on my watch is Connection Error, tap to retry? Any one know how to fix this?
Could you try uninstalling the LastPass app and Authenticator app on your phone (please be sure Cloud backup is enabled and you have a cloud backup created for the Authenticator app first: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/how-do-i-enable-cloud-backup-for-the-lastpass-authentic...) then restart your device and reinstall the LastPass app and LastPass Authenticator app then re-installing on your watch and seeing if it fixes this issue?
I also have a similar issue with my Apple Watch not giving me any push notification even after following the support articles and troubleshooting. I have been informed that certain Apple Watches still aren't supported in LastPass. Is it known if this will be resolved any time soon? I have an Apple Watch 4.
