Hello,

i am using the Lastpass-App 4.11.17.6051 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 running Android 10.

I want to turn on <autofill>

and I get the following statement:

If I then press the <Next> button, I get the following page in the settings: pict7

What settings do I have to set there?

Thanks

Re: Autofill enable - and then?

Hello,

Could you check these steps and your device's Accessibility settings to make sure Autofill is enabled for LastPass?

  1. In the LastPass app, select the Vault Menu icon in the upper-left of the app screen.
  2. Go to Settings > Autofill.
  3. Toggle on the switch for the Autofill login credentials setting.
  4. Tap Next, which will display your Android device's Accessibility menu.
  5. Tap LastPass, then toggle on the switch for the LastPass setting to enable it.
  6. Tap OK.

Re: Autofill enable - and then?

Hallo,

thanks for your help!

Sorry for my English, but I use a translation program.

I did everything as you described, but at point 5. I do not know what to turn on there? Look at my last screenshot.

regards

Re: Autofill enable - and then?

Hello,

Could you try leaving this screen and instead go to your device's Accessibility settings and make sure LastPass is enabled?

Re: Autofill enable - and then?

What was the resolution to this issue? I had a very difficult time getting LastPass to autofill Firefox for Android v88.1.0.
I had to disable legacy and Android Oreo autofill and then re-enable them.  Lastpass, you really need to improve your documentation around Firefox... or fix whatever bugs are in there.
