I have two phones with Lastpass Authenticator and half of the codes I have in the first one and a half in the second one. I have a problem with synchronizing between them.
I don't know which one is the main, I don't want lose half of my codes, If I will need to reinstall some phone.

It does not look like there is a primary device, so my suggestion is:
LastPass Authenticator makes a back up so if your phone dies you can restore to a new phone, you just cannot have it on multiple devices trying to back up the same account. If you need an additional back up, most sites let you generate a list of single use codes that you can store some place.
LastPass Authenticator includes a back up/restore feature that stores a back up on our servers. The issue youare experiencing is because you have LastPass Authenticator installed on two devices and they are both trying to back up the same account, and there is currently no ability to merge the two lists.
The good news is this is something we are already looking into, but I do not have an ETA I can share currently. Do you actively use both phones and need it on both or is one of them more of a back up?
I don't have to use both. Problem is that I didn't know about this restriction and I don't know how to merge all codes into one.
Maybe If I can someway find which one is primary. I can cancel all codes in the second one and after recreated in the primary.
I will try and have an answer for you on how to safely remove one of the devices tomorrow.

This is functionality I would also like to have, is there an update on progress for this?
I have two devices that I use for Multifactor (iPad and Android phone) and would like them to sync automatically.
I have the LastPass Family subscription and would prefer not to have to use yet another party to store this information.
Wow,
I'm a bit confused here. I forgot my phone at a friend's house. I picked up my backup phone to try to login but it was impossible since Authenticator wasn't sync'ed. What's the point of backing up authenticator if you can't login and restore it?
I have been able to use the authenticator on 2 devices but not syncing properly seems a huge oversight.
I have to use the primary device, delete all entries for the seocnd and restore from backup to keep them the same.
Furthermore, passwordless push is only to a single device.
This should be added to the developer's list as there are now other apps that allow multi-device functionality and many will see this as a VERY useful feature.
Many thanks!
