LastPass Android App crashing when deleting password from security test activity

Hi all,

I want to report a bug causing crashes in the LastPass android app.
These are the steps:
In the side menu I have selected "Security" >  "Security  test" >  "Start test" button.
After he analyzed all the passwords, I went to the "Detailed Results" tab above.
I had two duplicate passwords, of sites that I don't even use and I have previously deleted the account from the site in question. So I clicked on the password I was interested in and then "Delete"  and at the "delete site" dialog I clicked "Yes".  At this point the loading starts and after a few seconds the Activity crashes and returns to the "Security" section showing an empty view.

Device: Google Pixel 2 XL

Andoid version: 11.0.0 (RP1A.201005.004.A1, Dec 2020)

LastPass Manager app version: 5.1.1.7116
