Master password recovery does not work on iPhone

I use free version on my iPhone. After update the LP app asked for signing in. I forgot my password and requested to recover it using biometric. The process starts after authentication but I can see just “you account is being recovered”. Is it because I have Russian apple id? Does it mean that I do not have any options to recover my account?

I have have the same issue on my iPhone app and simply cannot recover. Now I am locked out and cannot see my passwords anymore. LastPass version 5.19.0.9065. I can provide the log (with the bug) to Lastpass but I am a free member so I cannot contact them.

Same problem here. FaceID succeeds then last pass can't go past "your account is being recovered". I hope lastpass responds soon. Otherwise it will be time to switch to a different pass manager.

What is the second code and how do I get it sent to my phone? I have been stuck as well so I am hoping this method works for me.

Hello Mike,

With my iPhone I could use face recognition and an alternative method to send a code to my phone. I think I accidentally set two factor off for a certain period. Therefor the code wasn’t sent. After waiting a few days and trying to recover the main password I received the code via sms which I really needed.

It accepts my FaceID but then the circle just spins and spins. I let it go for about 2.5 hours and it just kept spinning. What is the alternative method?  Are you referring to the password hint?
