Not possible to Approve push notifications on Apple watch.

Hi,

When you get a push notification it comes up on the apple watch, not as an "apple generated" massage but one that seems to be from the actual lastpass App in the watch. As you might know Its asking you to approve (or reject) the push notification. But there is Only One option available, Reject. Whyyyyy?

Whats the point of even having a last pass app on the watch if you cant use it fully? By the way these are the Only times on well over a year ive even used the lastpass app on the watch, if its Something im interested in then its NOT having to enter those **bleep** 6 digits left and right seemingly wherever you go these days.

Maybe its some misunderstanding from my side but i dont think so as there Simply is the "Reject" option.

Thanks!

Re: Not possible to Approve push notifications on Apple watch.

Hello @Ansu, and sorry for any frustration. Currently the push notifications from LastPass Authenticator on the Apple Watch only allow you to Dismiss or Deny a request, and to Verify the request you must use your phone to approve the request in case extra verification is needed such as TouchID/FaceID verification. I have passed your feedback along to our developers as well for consideration in future updates.

When I do a Google search this comes up. This is just a mock up?

Re: Not possible to Approve push notifications on Apple watch.

Hello,

While I couldn't find the source of the image you provided, in that screenshot there are only two buttons that can be tapped: the Deny or Dismiss buttons. The text at the top is a notice from the app to verify the request, but is not a tappable button. To Verify the request you must use your phone and the full Authenticator app to approve the request in case extra verification is needed such as TouchID/FaceID verification or if the verification method uses a one-time code instead of biometric verification.

Re : Connexion Lastpass authentificator V2 impossible Apple Watch IOS

Hello, thank you for your answer. however, the possibility of accepting the connection from the apple watch existed before the last update of lastpass authentificator. Best regards.

Stupid Apple Watch app shows an option to approve but it’s dysfunctional.

Lastpass on iPad is a joke, it won’t accept authentication from LastPass Authenticator by code and won’t even try to use Google Authenticator.  Congratulations on such a colossal pair of interacting bugs!

The approve button used to exist and it used to work.  It's VERY frustrating that it was removed!  When will it be added back?

Thank you.
