I recently chose to reset my lastpass account due to the security issues you have had and we intend now to use Lastpass differently.
My question is related to the authenticator app, which I intend to use for all 2FA still.
I have several codes in here, which I do not want to lose.
When resetting my LastPass account I was concerned I would have wiped the Authenticator codes. Fortunately, this did not happen!!
My concern now is that when I do a sync from my Authenticator app I may end up wiping the codes on my device, as the cloud backup will now be empty.
Can you please confirm the correct process so that I can back up my existing Authenticator codes from my phone to my fully reset LastPass account without any risk of wiping my codes?
