Account Recovery process failed

Hi,

I am currently logged into my vault, which I was able to do with a One-Time Password. I do not know my master password. When I try to do the recovery steps to set up a new master password, I put in the new master pass word on this screen:

It then downloads my data, encrypts it, and goes to the screen to upload the re-encrypted data (shown below), and the pop-up closes without the progress bar for the last step completing. Why is this happening? How can I get the step to finish? Is there any hope for me?

Did you try to login with the new password?

Could you try another recovery option to see if that completes and the master password is then changed? All of the possible recovery options are outlined here: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/recover-your-lost-master-password-lp020010
