Hi there, i've a little problem with login authentication on LastPass (both from extension and website).
I was away for two months, yesterday i've plugged on my pc, i've tried to login via LP Chrome extension and system ask me for a 2FA (sms or phone call). I've received an email asking me to confirm a "new" device (maybe for an ip change) and i've authorized it. I've tried to clear cookies, cache etc and login via website instead extension...no luck.
Now, it doesn't matter what i do, i've inserted my master password but i can't receive a sms or phone call for authentication. I've triple checked the old Master Password. I've received again a new login request auth but there's no way to regain access to my vault.
Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.
This is another issue, after i've tried to recover the account with Master Password i've received a sms with a code but when i click on Recover Account it says that LastPass extension isn't installed on my browser (and, as u can see i've it on Chrome). I've tried with both Edge and Firefox and nothing is changed.

Io parlavo solo del SMS.
Comunque anche se mi piace LP e lo uso da molti anni (ho 1129 entries di logins) e non ho mai avuto problemi, mi faccio SEMPRE un backup locale almeno ogni mese se non settimanalmente, su un altro programma (Keepass).
Dovesse succedermi qualcosa sarebbe un disastro quindi cosi' ho sempre un backup encrypted.
Con LP ho perso documenti in passato.
Non riuscivo a downloadarli, il vault si era corrotto per qualche motivo.
Da allora sto al sicuro.
Up! I've tried almost all methods, all possible broswers, i've tried to open a ticket too but i need to login into my account to do that. I've all the password stored inside LastPass and i need AT LEAST to know the list of websites i've used with it.
The issue is the same: i know my Master Password, i try to login and system ask me for a 2FA authentication, i've tried to request sms or phone call without success (and it's too strange that when i try to reset my account i receive a sms with the code in seconds). Please, just help me!

Please be aware that LastPass Customer Care has no knowledge of a user's Master Password and it is not possible for LastPass Customer Care to reset or change a user's Master Password or assist a user with changing/resetting their master password.
