Can't upgrade to LastPass Families, "Something went wrong" error

I have been trying to upgrade my account to a family addition for probably a month. I had previously had a teams business account so I thought this might be the issue. So I created a new account with a different email address. However it still would fail to upgrade saying something went wrong when I enter the billing details with multiple cards.


I've just tried to create a completely new account again to buy the family edition straight away and it still fails.


What am I supossed to do? Very close to leaving lastpass forever as this is maybe the worse customer experience I have ever seen as a business owner for 10 years.

I see that from your support ticket #16013581 the support team sent an email to you on Sept. 30 with more information on how to resolve this issue, did you receive that email? If not please let me know so that I can have them re-send that email or relay that information here.
