Could I contact LastPass Customer Support with Email? It's a issue for me to make a phone call.

Unable to cancel the Premium automatic renewal

I click the 'Cancel Auto-Renewal' button but the 'Automatic renewal' is still 'Enabled', is there any way to contact LastPass support with an Email?

Update: I created a request from the support page. LastPass support WILL call you. So you will put your phone number and they will call you.
The conversations went like this:

LP: tell me your name and email.
Me: Bla bla @ Blablabla . Com
LP: What do you need? (Even though it was written in the case)
Me: I want to cancel the auto renew.
LP: why?
Me: because I want to cancel my subscription.
LP: why?
Me: because of repeated security issues and this conversation itself.
LP: understandable. We will cancel your auto renew manually right now. Please refresh your browser.
Me: thank you. Bye.

I will stop following this thread.

It's an issue for me to make a phone call. I need to use Email to cancel it.

Hi,

 

I have the same problem, trying to cancel the subscription. Tried with different browsers, in private sessions, etc. to no avail. Callback is not really an option for me... I need a solution. Is it an option just to delete the account? Or will the subscription still remain?

I need to cancel my logmein automatic subscription. It doesn't show me as subscribing and I am being charged.

@StefGlen You should definitely see the cancel option in your online vault: 

  1. Select Account Settings in the left navigation.
  2. In the Links section, select the My Account hyperlink.
  3. In the Premium Status section, click Cancel.
  4. When prompted, select Yes to confirm.
