Hi, I am a free user and I cannot receive any emails from my account. I cannot login, and I am also using a new device. (I do not have access on my old device anymore).

If you are not seeing verification emails, it may be because you have set up a Security email. If you have set up a Security email address, please check that inbox as the email was sent there. Also, please be sure that you have added do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com as contacts and to your email filter's allow list, then prompt LastPass to send you another verification email.
