@Meligo I apologize for the difficulty renewing your plan. This can happen if the plan renewal is currently underway. Updating the billing information on file should allow the automatic renewal to complete eventually.
If you're still stuck after the renewal period, you can either request a call-back from Customer Support, or I can help you file a case if you click my Community name and send a private message with your login email address spelling.
