Years ago, I changed my account email. Now, I would like to change it back to the old email but I get a prompt the the email is already in use, and lastpass doesn't recognize the browser while doing an account recovery for that email. Any suggestions?

Did you have that old email address as your security email address by chance?
If not, then I would suggest deleting the account you want to use by following these directions, and then changing your LastPass login email address to it once complete.
