I have the same issue. got locked out of lastpass for months. I finally got it going in my computer at home but if I try to login anywhere else it displays the message but no email ever arrives. Not on the inbox or the spam folder or any other folder.
How do you get this fixed?
I am using the correct email and yet I still am not receiving an email from Last Pass to allow me to log in. I have checked junk and spam and even made Last Pass a safe sender. HELP!
I am having this EXACT issue.
I have attempted to log on to Last Pass
from various different devices and using
a known good master password and
all I get is a message telling me to
check my email but no email from Lastpass
every arrives. I am effectively locked out
of my own account. If this is not resolved
soon I will just choose a different password
manager....this is absurd
Any one have an idea how I can cancel my account without being able to login?
Of course, I went through all the procedures, but the email is not coming. ID mail and secure mail 2 accounts

have used Lastpass for 10 years. It has nothing to do with the spelling of my email address.
