Over the recent weeks we have seen a number of LastPass customers who did not remember setting up a Security Alerts email on their account, or had forgotten to update it after the email address was no longer active. There have also been some customers that have not updated their account email address after even though it was no longer active.
Please make sure that your account email and security alert email addresses are valid email accounts that you have access to.
If you are not sure that a separate security alert email address was set up on your account in the past, please check your account settings as soon as possible.
