Failed Log-in Attempt Message - St. Petersburg Russia

Any suggestions on what steps I can take to protect my computer. The following message suggests a hacking attempt - I have LastPass and Join.me Logmein products. Message follows:

Login failed

There was a failed login attempt to your LogMeIn account.

LogMeIn ID: emailchanged@abc.com

Time of Event: 10/17/2017 4:59 PM
From IP Address: 178.66.7.130
From location: Saint Petersburg, Russia

To verify your account activity, log in to your account and go to Account settings > Security > Audit log.

To change your notification settings, log in to your account and go to Account settings > Email notifications.

Yeah, I've gotten dozens of these emails, but have never gotten a satisfying response from support. LogMeIn says I don't have an account with them, though LastPass is their product, and LastPass didn't have any information. I'm back here today because someone in Nepal apparently wants my passwords. I'm going to send a message to Support again and see if anything has changed in their handling of this.
