Some of the screenshots that you had previously posted showed your full email address, for your security I have removed those screenshots. I reviewed your LastPass account and see that a YubiKey is enabled for this account, are you able to use the YubiKey or what happens when trying to set it up/log in to LastPass?
Most likely something was not updated since my payment.
I was not able to use my YubiKey but now it works.
Look like this is a global f%^&k-up that no one is keen on fixing.
Had Families trial (I will know to stay away from your freebies now), now it's expired I can no longer upgrade -- payments never complete -- bank says LastPass never asks for CVC, hence failed transaction.
No wat to reach support either.
