Firefox 56.0.1 Error retrieving LatPass sites

I posted earlier that I was getting the same error and vault empty - but I just checked and found an update in Firefox 56.0.1 and now LastPass is working and my vault has returned.

This has happened with me on Chrome as well. Tried the procedure detailed in https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=sh ... 20password however no success, there's no sites in my deleted items either.

Clearing the cache & refreshing the sites worked for me with the Chrome plugin.

I am having the same issue in Chrome. Clearing cache, logging out/in did not work for me. Has anyone found a solution?

Although it is weird that a fresh install of the addon did not clear any leftover cached data

It appears that they released a new version of the Chrome extension yesterday. Perhaps that explains the problem.

In any case, the clear/refresh worked for me in Chrome, too.
