I'm unfortunately stuck in the same reset loop as mentioned earlier in this forum. I had an old personal Lastpass account which I reseted, I'm however not able to log into the newly setup account since I have no access to my old Google Authenticator account (that was setup on an old phone years ago).
When I click "Lost my google auth device".
For my surprise, the next screen says: "This multifactor authentication service is not enabled for your account: Google Authenticator."
Would you be able to help me to get out of this loop?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We can see the Google Authenticator is enabled in your account, please, Disable authentication for the account.

Right so I'm stuck in the Authenticator request loop, hence responding to that thread 😛 Any time I click to disable, it says it isn't enabled. So no luck.
Please help!
