I have been using lastpass for over 7 years and have never had any problems.
I always access using the extension and last week, it had been disconnected. When trying to access with the correct credentials, it was not possible.
Since then, on numerous occasions I have tried to recover the account but it is impossible.
I access the following link https://lastpass.com/recover.php , it sends me a text message to my phone number, but the next tab is waiting for me and it does not show me an error or any field to enter the password
I have checked the mail and at no time do I see that any type of mail related to this matter has been sent to me.
Please help me to recover the account as I have a lot of valuable information.
I'm afraid you have been entering an incorrect password recently, and do not currently have any recovery one-time-passwords available in your account. You might consider reverting to the last password used, from May, 2022: https://support.lastpass.com/help/revert-to-your-previous-master-password
I have proceeded to make the change to that date but I still cannot access.
I have written down one of the last passwords I set but I am unable to access.
Is there any other way to recover the account?
It is linked to both my email account and my phone number.
@kaskagorry The recovery methods for LastPass are tied to your LastPass app having cached data in order to create a one-time-password. Have you tried checking the 'hint' that you created during the last account password updates?
I have tried on several computers where I had the LastPass extension for chrome, as well as on a cell phone where I used the app but there is no way to generate the password hint to proceed to recover the account.
Please, I have had the account for over 7 years and have very valuable information.
Please try to do what you can so that I can recover the account.

I do see that you last updated your password about 6 months ago, so if you can recall that one, you can revert to that save point by following these instructions: https://support.lastpass.com/help/revert-to-your-previous-master-password
