Were you previously paying through someplace like PayPal?
Although I cannot see the active subscription (just an expired Family plan), if you have a receipt of purchase from the credit history, then you may click the 'Contact' option at the bottom of this page to create a 'Billing' case for Customer Support: https://support.lastpass.com/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-for-lastpass-lp010121
