I have a new number, and I cannot login with SMS code. What do i do now

Hi there, 

 

How can I get into my account? 

I don't have my number that was associated with LastPass.  I have a new number. 

I use to have the authenticator but not any more. 

 

Please help

It sounds like you replaced your cell phone? 

In this case, if you still know the password, then you may follow these instructions with the new device: https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/i-have-a-new-phone-what-should-i-do 

 

If you don't know the account credentials, then you may need to reset the login through your email address:
